Redundancy Support

 

People who are about to be made redundant need one-to-one support, motivation and, depending on their personal circumstances, another job to be able to pay the mortgage and to feed the children.

Our Redundancy support meets all these key requirements and prepares each person, individually, for what they want to do, be it self-employment, training for a different role, or to find alternative employment.

Having extensive experience in recruitment, we already provide excellent services such as preparing CVs, covering letters, interview techniques, mock interviews, intensive job search workshops, benefits advice, guaranteed interviews, training for other roles and provide personal support throughout the whole process.

However, we go a step further by engaging with major companies and smaller, local businesses to enable the redundees to find alternative employment, whilst making sure that the companies find the right employees and, when required, tailoring pre-employment training for potential staff.

Our aim is to secure sustained employment for each person, thus negating the £15,000 average annual cost to the taxpayer for every person who is unemployed and claiming benefits.  Our success rate is over 75%.
