B2B Business Solutions has provided services to Paragon at their Sunderland site. During an investigative visit to assess how Paragon could enhance their business through the development of Specialist Mail solutions, B2B helped advise on the necessary infrastructure changes required. This included the revamping the production area, improvement in key processes and identifying skills gaps, B2B then assisted in identifying the correct candidates to support the development of this area of business.
B2B also provide Sales Training through their partner, Sinclair Management, and another successful course took place at the end of March.
